Stratos was founded to be the premier provider of IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud services in the American heartland. We believe that tomorrow’s business technologies will be more powerful; yet more complex than ever before. These new environments are going to build on a hybrid model of traditional infrastructure, private cloud, and public cloud environments for years to come. Our mission is to remove this complexity with a simple and seamless IT experience to allow our clients to focus on achieving their core business goals.

Approach

Stratos is constantly improving and refining our services and solutions in order to achieve our mission. We accomplish this by investing in transformative technologies, building a collaborative team, and by creating a culture that is meaningful and rewarding for our employees. By accomplishing each of these, we create superior value for our shareholders. We believe that good companies achieve a healthy balance between the needs of clients, employees and shareholders; but great companies find a way for these parties to actually work together.

Strategy

Stratos was launched with the backing of Navigation Capital Partners and their blue chip investors, including Goldman Sachs. Our plan is to follow a “buy and build” strategy. Initially, we will acquire outstanding IT services firms in the Central and Southeastern US who align with our culture, enhance our technical capabilities and build our market presence in key verticals. We will focus on organically growing with new and existing clients, and gradually shift almost exclusively to organic growth.
